The old but wise saying is, "The only constant in life is change." We can not stop or control change, but we can deny it or accept it. Freedom of choice makes life extraordinary and creates options.
The Friends of Robles Ranch has served the community for over twenty years and witnessed and participated in many changes. We have learned to embrace change, the good, the bad, and the ugly. We have endured tough times and celebrated successes with many of you in our community.
We would not change or exchange any of the moments we have had because those experiences made us who we are today. We have grown, evolved, and become more resilient in accepting and adapting to changes.
We are currently in the process of change. Friends of Robles Ranch have been awarded a grant by Pima County to build a new facility for My Friends Closet and the Community Food Bank.
We are excited about our new building because we plan to use it to create a community space called "The Hub," where people can connect with neighbors, shop, pick up food, access community resources, and much more.
We will keep you posted on our transformation journey. Until then, remember change is always constant, and choice is freedom. Choose wisely!
